The existing second stage facility building was used to set up a servicing station at the TCh-14 Lobnya multiple unit depot site.
The setting up of a servicing station as part of the reconstruction of the second stage of the TCh-14 Lobnya multiple unit depot included the following:
Reconstruction of the second stage of the TCh-14 Lobnya multiple unit depot;
Construction of a sand filling station;
Construction of an automatic fire water pumping station;
Rebuilding of the existing tracks leading to the second stage facility;
Installation of the overhead system;
Installation of the communication network and signals and interlocking systems;
On-site utility lines.
