The multifunctional assembly and welding building for the production of freight cars is located on the industrial site of Promtraktor-Vagon Plant in Kanash, the Chuvash Republic.
The design provides for flexibility of the new production facility, meaning that it can produce cars of various types and models subject to needs of railways. Construction period: 04/2007 — 09/2010.
