The multipurpose facility at the Brateevo Electric Train Depot of the Moscow Metro is the only multifunctional industrial facility combining all operations relevant to the lifecycle of the underground rolling stock.
According to the general plan, a single industrial site will accommodate facilities to provide maintenance, current repairs, light and major overhaul of underground railway carriages. The facility will also include a number of infrastructure facilities for servicing the Zamoskvoretskaya line of the Moscow Metro.
Construction period: 03/2012 – present (the 1st phase was commissioned in 2013).
